What is a Campaign?

The contents of an existing campaign can be viewed and modified at any time by either selecting the "Modify Selected Campaign" option from the main programs campaign menu or by double-clicking the campaigns title from within campaigns display table.  If you wish to create a new campaign then you can do so by either selecting the "Create New Campaign" option from within the campaign menu or by using the "Campaign Creation Wizard" option contained within the "Creation Wizards" menu.  There are different tabs located at the bottom of the campaign window that are used to navigate to the different sections within your campaign.  All campaigns are in a dormant stage until they are run by a scheduled task.

A summary of the sections within your campaign are displayed below:

  1. Subscribers - contains a list of your active subscribers with access to subscriber related tools

  2. E-mail Templates - a listing of both active an inactive e-mail templates belonging to your campaign, with access to e-mail template related tools.

  3. Membership Services Rules - a list of both active and inactive membership rules that are associated with your campaign, with access to related tools.

  4. Unsubscribe Requests - Kill File - a listing of once subscribers who have either requested removal from your campaign or have been manually removed.

  5. Failed Mail - a list of subscribers for which delivery of e-mail templates have failed multiple times.

The Campaign also contains a "Configuration" button displayed within the upper right hand side of the campaign display window.  By selecting this option you will be able to turn campaign wide features on and off.
