In essence all you will have to do is create your email, specify your list of email addresses and press go, its that simple. The "Managed Mail" Plug In will effectively allow you to send your email without worry of getting in trouble from your ISP or in worry of violating any CANSPAM email delivery laws. When using this plugin you internet connection will be protected as List Sorcerer will become your dedicated third party remailer. We will only use sources to send your email from where we have had prior consent in doing so. Also we will supply you wih hosting, a valid remove link and a valid from address. Doing all of this is essential in order to conduct your email marketing program successfully.

This cost of the "Managed Mail" plug in is free, you only need to pay for credits, one credit is the equivalent to one successfully sent email. The Managed Mail plug in is a program which allows any user to send email to a list where the users connection is safeguarded. This program helps in the protection of your connections, as well as the protection of retribution by other parties. You can be using "Managed Mail" within moments by following these easy steps.

Select the "Configure Managed Mail" from the "Configuration menu which is displayed at the top of your List Sorcererä program..

Upon selecting the "Configure Managed Mail" menu item you will be presented with a screen that looks similar to the one below.. If you are a new user or if you are an existing user wishing to make use of your managed mail credits on an additional machine simply enter in your email address and password in the fields provided below. Upon doing this then hit the Register button, if List Sorcerer doesn't find a duplicate entry within its database it will prompt you with the question about creating a new one for you. After you have completing the initial registration process you will be able to skip this step in future. Next you will need to select the "Load Servers" button, when this task completes then select the "Test Servers" button. After you have successfully completed these tasks you can then select the "OK" button. The email address and password that you use or left entirely to your discretion. If you are a current List Sorcerer Program owner you don't need to use your email address and pin code that you used to activate this program,.

Select the "Create a new email template" from the "Creation Wizards menu which is displayed at the top of your List Sorcererä program..

Upon doing this enter in a descriptive name for your outgoing email, this name is only used for internal purposes so pick something that is meaningful to yourself. Once you have entering this proceed by selecting the next button.

Now enter in the content of you outgoing email. Required fields are "Subject", "Reply To" address, and email message body. You will also notice that within the "Reply to" that you may enter in either a email address or an email address friendly name combination. The Message body supports both Plain text and Html, therefore including fancy logos, color fonts is a snap. If you ever have the requirement for multiple subject lines or reply to address this can be easily accomplished by selecting either the "More Subjects" or "More Reply To's" buttons. Create a Mailing by selecting the "Create a new mailing" from the "Creation Wizards menu which is displayed at the top of your List Sorcererä program..

Now simply select the email template which we just created from the list of available email templates, located within the right hand list box., after doing this we need to select the check box titled "Attach to external file... ", doing this will allow to tell List Sorcerer to mail directly from and external file. Please note that if you wished to mail from an already program resident lists you could easily by selecting from the list of available lists instead of attaching to an external file. It is only simplicity sake that we have chosen the external file option. Upon select this option we now have to tell list sorcerer the location of the file. This is accomplished by selecting the selecting the file location button. After we have selected the appropriate file containing your lists of email addresses to be mailed we then push the "Finish" button

Upon completing the previous step we will be positioned back into the existing Mailings worksheet. At this point we can see that our mailing has been created and then it is now resident within List Sorcerer. All we now need to do in order to initiate the mailing is double click on it with the mouse or if you wish by selecting "Modify current selected item" from the modifications menu located at the top of the List Sorcerer program.

Once we have initiated the mailing we will be presented with a screen that looks similar to the one below. You will need to select the check as we have already done below titles "Use Managed Mail". Then select the "Start Mailing Now" button. Doing so will start up the mailing process. Selecting the "Purchase/Configure Credits" button., will launch the same screen that was launched within step 1. This button is only placed a a shortcut to the "Managed Mail" configuration.
